Received a notification about the discontinuation of Gemini 3 Pro Preview on the Gemini API

Hi there, we just received an email where noticed us that Google will discontinue Gemini 3 Pro Preview on GeminiAPl and Google Al Studio (AlS) effective March 9, 2026. Given the fact that we used Gemini 3 Pro Preview in our Hackathon project, and we cannot make any modifications before the end of the evaluation, like migrating to another model, is it possible that we can get the evaluation results before March 9th? Otherwise, the policy change may make our app fully unusable!

  Same here! Since judging is still on, can we swap gemini-3-pro-preview for the 3.1 version?

  don't update or edit the submitted project, keep it as it is. There is a chance for disqualification if we edit the project after the submission date is over.
