I’m reaching out because I ran into an unexpected technical issue with my laptop right before the deadline. The project is completed and ready, but severe system lag is preventing me from submitting on time.
I’m requesting a 1-hour extension to finalize and submit properly. I completely understand if this isn’t possible, but I wanted to ask transparently given the circumstances.

i faced the same issue , my computer video software crashed while exporting my video , also the chrome browser crashed and closed all tabs
