Can the youtube video be unlisted?

Hello I am submitting my project and would like to know if I can keep my video unlisted for judging since it will still be accesible through the link? Thanks in advance

    Yes, the term is that videos must be visible to the people. So as you will share the link it will be visible for the judges.
