Do hackathon participants get increased or unlimited Gemini API quota for the contest period?

Hi,

I’m participating in the Gemini 3 Hackathon and building an app that uses the Gemini API (generateContent and Live API). I’m hitting “quota exceeded” errors with my current API key.

Could you confirm:
1. Do hackathon participants get increased or unlimited Gemini API quota for the contest period?
2. If yes, how do we sign up or get access (e.g. special form, different API key, or project setting)?
